Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading logistics company in Ellenwood. This role is essential for maintaining a fast-paced warehouse operation, focusing on the safe and accurate handling of freight.
Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• First Week Training: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Pay Rates

• 23.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements

• Recent warehouse or distribution experience
• Cherry picker operation experience
• Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment
• Ability to lift at least 50 lb
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and frequently bend, reach, and move
• Strong safety awareness, accuracy, and reliability

Desirable Requirements

• Turret certification is preferred
• Previous experience in freight, logistics, shipping, or inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment

Role Responsibilities

• Safely select, move, and stage freight throughout the warehouse
• Prepare freight for shipping and distribution
• Operate a cherry picker to access inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety protocols
