At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Machine Operator to work with a leading manufacturing company in Warren. This role involves setting up and operating machinery, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.Shift patterns
- 1st shift: 6:30 am to 4:30 pm
- 14.00 USD hourly
- Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong technical understanding and safety awareness
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary
- Set up and operate manufacturing machinery according to production standards
- Monitor machine performance and conduct regular quality checks
- Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times
- Follow all daily operational procedures and safety protocols
