At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Rialto. You will be working for the client in Rialto.
Shift patterns
- Sunday 6pm-230am Mondy -Thursday 10pm-630am
Pay rates
- 19.80 USD hourly
Requirements
Essential requirements for Picker:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience in high-volume environments
- Experience using RF scanners for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs periodically
Responsibilities for Picker
- Efficiently pick customer orders using RF scanning technology
- Navigate warehouse aisles to locate and retrieve specific items
- Ensure all picked items meet quality and accuracy standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety
- Meet daily productivity targets in a fast-paced environment
