Shift Patterns
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rates
- 16.00 USD hourly
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience shipping and moving freight in a logistics environment
- Good computer skills, specifically with MS Excel and Word
- Fluent in English
Role
- Prepare customs entries using specialized software and ensure all documentation is processed accurately.
- Monitor customs clearances and maintain proactive communication with customers regarding shipment status.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operational systems to maintain data integrity.
- Follow import and export standard operating procedures to ensure full compliance with government regulations.
- Resolve shipment issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
