Spot Welder - Waukegan

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Spot Welder to work with a leading manufacturing company in Waukegan. This role involves operating welding machinery and ensuring high-quality production standards.
Shift Pattern

• 1st shift 5:00AM to 3:30PM from Monday through Friday.

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Spot weld experience (please specify when and where)
• Metal fabrication experience (please specify when and where)
• Ability to read blueprints

Role Responsibilities

• Operate welding machinery efficiently.
• Perform quality checks on finished welds to ensure they meet strict standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
• Maintain high attention to detail throughout the production process.
