At Clara, we are recruiting for a Bilingual On-Site Manager to work with Clara Works in Mooresville. This role involves overseeing daily operations at a key client site, focusing on maximizing productivity, profitability, and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for direct interaction with client personnel and applicants, as well as hands-on management of warehouse floor activities and administrative support functions.
Shift Patterns

• Monday through Thursday 4:30pm to 3:30am
• Flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend work as business needs dictate

Pay Rates

• 27.00 USD yearly

Must-have Requirements for Bilingual On-Site Manager

• Minimum of three years of experience as a Staffing Agency Onsite Manager
• Proven management experience within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Bilingual in Spanish

Desirable Requirements for Bilingual On-Site Manager

• Utilize intermediate computer skills to manage daily operations, track productivity, and generate reports
• Implement and monitor staffing levels to meet client-specific productivity expectations and operational demands
• Develop and execute employee relations strategies, including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Manage operational metrics and key performance indicators to ensure client satisfaction and cost-effectiveness
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with client representatives, applicants, and internal teams
