At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Cycle Counter to work with a leading logistics company in Ontario. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.Shift Patterns
- 1st shift Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 21.39 USD hourly
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Proficient in using handheld barcode scanners and inventory management software.
- Ability to perform accurate data entry and mathematical calculations for inventory reconciliation.
- Demonstrated attention to detail when verifying stock levels and identifying discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Perform physical inventory counts within the warehouse.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain precise stock records and documentation.
- Identify and report inventory variances.
