- Monday - Friday 7:00pm-3:30am with occasional Saturdays.
- 18.00 USD hourly
- Foundational understanding of production technologies and processes.
- Familiarity with quality measurement tools, such as calipers.
- Ability to interpret and adhere to Standard Process Instructions.
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of this position, including reaching items stored at heights up to 5 feet.
- Must not be a previous employee of BMW Plant as we are not accepting rehires at this time.
- Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Competence in using industry-specific software for reporting and data analysis.
- Physical ability to operate lift equipment with a minimum reach height of 68 inches.
- Conduct inspections and checks on parts, components, and finished products following established work instructions.
- Perform precise gap and flushness evaluations.
- Manage the loading and unloading of modules from storage racks.
- Identify and escalate potential or actual non-conformities and deviations through the formal escalation protocol.
- Assist with root cause analysis, warranty reviews, and general problem-solving initiatives.
