Picker - Rialto

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading distribution center in Rialto. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our high-volume warehouse operations.
Shift Patterns

• 1st shift: Sunday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Picker

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience using RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Dependable transportation to and from the job site

Role for Picker

• Accurately select merchandise from inventory using RF scanners and pick lists
• Verify item descriptions, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy
• Transport picked items to designated staging or processing areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors
