Warehouse Lead - Westmont

Shift Patterns:

• Evening 6:00pm to finish
• 6 days a week (7 day operation) - Weekend day included

Pay Rates:

• 23.00 - 25.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Lead:

• Must have proven experience leading teams of 10 to 15 people within a warehouse or logistics environment. Candidates must explicitly detail when and where this leadership experience was gained.
• Must possess a strong, demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Lead:

• Prior experience working within a high-volume mail processing, sorting, or parcel distribution center.

Role for Warehouse Lead:

• Delegate daily tasks and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure all employees follow safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Prepare and set up the floor for daily operations.
• Manage team training and monitor daily headcounts.
• Communicate operational flow, including PPH, chute fills, and CPP, to the onsite manager and floor supervisor.
• Ensure daily downtime targets are met and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Location: Westmont. The position is based in Bensenville, IL.
