At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Manual TIG Welder to work with a leading engineering company in Taylor. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components while maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.


Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: 7:00am–3:00pm


• 3rd Shift: 11:00pm–7:00am


• Overtime: Available during the week and Saturdays

Pay Rates

• 23.00 - 28.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• Prior TIG welding experience


• Ability to read and follow weld prints, instructions, and safety procedures


• Possession of your own welding tools and equipment


• Experience operating oxyacetylene torches, grinders, and saws


• Forklift operating experience

Role Tasks

• Perform MIG and TIG welding, cutting, grinding, and finishing of metal parts


• Assemble metal components according to project specifications


• Inspect welded parts to ensure they meet quality and customer standards


• Operate equipment such as welders, torches, saws, and forklifts


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with all safety rules
