- Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 5:00 AM through 5:30 PM.
- Includes every other weekend and overtime as needed.
- 20.16 USD hourly
- Pay increases to 22.28 USD hourly after direct hire.
- Ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.
- Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.
- At least one year of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar industrial environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving equipment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to enter production information into a computer system.
- Support battery manufacturing operations by following standard operating procedures.
- Operate machinery to fill batteries with acid and perform quality inspections.
- Maintain efficient production flow and organize work areas using 5S standards.
- Inspect batteries for physical defects and install in-process and final caps.
- Enter production data into computer systems and verify charging specifications.
