At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with a leading company in the footwear and apparel industry in Mooresville. This role involves general labor tasks at a facility located between Mooresville and Clayton, IN.
Shift Patterns

• Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Mandatory availability for overtime

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Requirements for General Labor

• Ability to walk, lift, sit, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
• Must wear steel toe shoes
• Capable of performing physical labor, including lifting up to 45 lbs on a continual basis

Role for General Labor

• Perform general labor tasks as assigned
• Utilize computer and scanner systems for inventory and tracking
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Communicate effectively in English, Spanish, or French
