Replenishment/Inventory Clerk - Southaven

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Replenishment/Inventory Clerk to work with a leading apparel company in Southaven. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient warehouse operations.
Shift Patterns

• Front Half Days: Sunday–Wednesday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Replenishment/Inventory Clerk

• Can you safely lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout your shift?
• Are you proficient with computers, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems?
• Are you proficient in Microsoft Excel, including tables and formulas?
• Do you have strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy?
• Can you work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals?
• Do you have dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude?

Role for Replenishment/Inventory Clerk

• Replenish inventory from reserve storage to assigned pick locations using WMS tasks.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Use RF scanners to ensure inventory integrity and verify product locations.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged products.
• Collaborate with picking, receiving, and shipping teams to ensure operational efficiency.
