Picker - Rialto
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Rialto. You will be working for the client in Rialto.
Shift patterns
- Wednesday - Saturday, 4:00 am - 2:30 pm, open to over time
Pay rates
- 18.00 USD hourly
Requirements
Essential requirements for Picker:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience in high-volume environments
- Experience using RF scanners for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site
Your role for Picker
- Locate and pick products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners
- Ensure all orders are accurate and meet quality standards before packing
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
- Meet daily production targets and performance metrics
- Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse maintenance
