At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Compound Sanitation Technician to work with a leading company in the manufacturing sector in New Albany. This role is critical to maintaining product quality, safety, and compliance standards within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Shift patterns

• 3rd shift, Sunday night through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Pay rates

• 19.00 - 20.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Compound Sanitation Technician

• Tell us about your cleaning, sanitation, or manufacturing experience.


• What equipment or production areas have you cleaned or sanitized before?


• Are you comfortable assembling and disassembling equipment for cleaning?


• How do you ensure cleaning procedures are followed accurately?


• Describe your experience working around manufacturing equipment or wet environments.


• How have you followed safety, GMP, or SOP procedures in previous roles?


• Are you comfortable documenting cleaning activities and production information?


• How do you stay organized and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment?

Role responsibilities for Compound Sanitation Technician

• Clean and sanitize tanks, hoses, fittings, pipes, totes, pumps, tools, and floor areas.


• Assemble and disassemble pumps and related equipment for cleaning.


• Document cleaning activities and material transfers accurately.


• Maintain compliance with GMP, SOP, and safety procedures at all times.


• Support production and sanitation teams by maintaining clean and organized work areas.


• Participate in GMP, safety, and company training programs.


• Work safely in wet environments and around manufacturing equipment.


• Cross-train in multiple work areas as needed.
