General Laborer - Saddle Brook
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with a leading manufacturing company in Saddle Brook. This role involves ensuring products are accurately packed and prepared for delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.Shift Patterns
- 1st Shift Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30 pm
- 15.92 USD hourly
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes
- Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customer
- Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the proper containers
- Handle items carefully as to avoid damage to product
- Consistently perform job functions taking into consideration safety, punctuality and deadlines
- Work with other team members to accurately complete the work each day
