Requirements
Essential requirements for Team Lead:
- At least 1 year of leadership or team lead experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Ability to coach employees, address performance issues, and hold a team accountable to productivity and quality standards.
- Experience using warehouse systems or basic computer programs such as WMS, RF scanners, and Excel.
- Availability to work flexible shifts in Avon, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Your role for Team Lead
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and coordinate team activities to meet production goals.
- Monitor team performance and provide real-time coaching to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage workflow efficiently.
