General Laborer - Southaven
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with Southaven Talent Pool in Southaven. This is a Pick and Pack position where you will play a key role in ensuring our products are prepared and shipped to meet customer expectations.Shift Patterns
- Front Half Night: Sunday - Wednesday 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM
- Back Half Night: Thursday - Saturday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- 18.00 USD hourly
- Must be able to stand for entire shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring quality control standards are met.
- Perform finishing tasks such as trimming, cleaning, or assembling components as needed.
- Package products according to company and customer specifications.
- Label and organize packaged items for shipping or storage.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Operate basic packing equipment and tools.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as required.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
