At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Warehouse, Assembly associate to work with a leading company in the manufacturing and office products sector in Booneville. This role involves essential warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and material handling to ensure efficient shipping processes.Shift Patterns
- 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2nd shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
- Mandatory overtime of up to 2 hours daily may be required as needed.
- Final schedule will be assigned during onboarding.
- 13.84 - 16.26 USD hourly
- Ability to perform physical demands including bending, stooping, reaching, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Must be able to perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Must attain the ability to operate personal computer equipment and RF hand-held wands.
- Please note that previous employees of this company are not eligible for rehire.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Experience with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking.
- Familiarity with reading load sheets and meeting customer requirements.
- Handpick items from pallets and prepare cartons for shipping.
- Operate mechanical jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks to transport products.
- Load and unload trailers and perform material handling duties.
- Complete necessary paperwork and data entry for customer orders.
