At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Quality Control Inspector to work with a leading company in the personal care industry in Wharton. This role is essential in ensuring that all incoming components and finished materials adhere to strict company and customer quality standards.

• 3rd Shift (11pm - 7am)

Pay Rates

• 17.00 - 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Quality Control Inspector

• Do you have experience performing quality inspections in a manufacturing environment?


• Are you comfortable using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges to verify product specifications?


• Can you describe a time when your meticulous review of a document or component prevented a non-conforming product from being sent to a customer?


• Detail your experience with line clearance and package integrity checks. Explain your process for sample selection under customer-specified plans (like ANSI/ASQ Z1.4) and how you verify the correct positioning of labels and identity stamps.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in performing quality control functions.


• Ability to read and understand SOPs and follow GMPs (good manufacturing practices).


• Able to speak and read English (Spanish is a plus).

Role for Quality Control Inspector

• Perform routine quality audits of finished materials.

• Assure that all labels and identity stamps are correct and positioned as required.


• Maintain all inspection equipment in good working order and calibrate to required standards.
