At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Replenishment/Inventory Clerk to work with a leading apparel company in Southaven. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient warehouse operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Shift Patterns

• Sunday–Wednesday, 7:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m.

Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Replenishment/Inventory Clerk

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout your shift.
• Proficiency with computers, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including tables and formulas.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
• Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Role for Replenishment/Inventory Clerk

• Replenish inventory from reserve storage to assigned pick locations using warehouse management system tasks.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, or pallet jacks.
• Use RF scanners to complete replenishment tasks accurately and maintain inventory integrity.
• Verify product locations, quantities, and item numbers before replenishment.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or location issues.

Location
Southaven. This position is based in a modern warehouse facility.
