Pay Rates

• 20.75 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Lumper

• High school diploma or GED equivalent


• Warehouse experience


• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English


• Ability to utilize equipment for the job safely and accurately after training

Desirable requirements for Lumper

• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment such as pallet jacks, pacers, or reach trucks


• Ability to remain calm and focused while prioritizing multiple tasks


• Ability to accommodate flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays


• Ability to train and mentor other team members

Role for Lumper

• Remove product from trucks in a safe and efficient manner


• Check product temperatures and report discrepancies to a supervisor


• Hand-stack floor-loaded trucks and wrap pallets to ensure stability


• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across dock and facility areas


• Document shipments and inventory discrepancies accurately
