At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Mail Sorter/General Labor associate to work with a leading logistics company in Fort Worth. This is a physically active, fast-paced warehouse role ideal for candidates who thrive in hands-on fulfillment environments and take pride in handling premium consumer goods, specifically Nespresso coffee products.Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday 4:30 AM- 2:30 PM
- 17.50 USD hourly
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to stand on feet throughout the entire shift
- Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs continuously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish between product lines and SKU barcodes
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass standard pre-employment screening
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in warehouse fulfillment, kitting, or general labor involving fast-moving consumer packaged goods
- Experience operating handheld RF inventory scanners
- Rapidly inspect, sort, and organize coffee capsule sleeves, machines, and accessories by SKU or shipping destination
- Use RF handheld scanners to record serial numbers and verify quantities against shipping orders
- Assemble coffee bundles, place items into outbound shipping boxes, and apply shipping labels
- Palletize cartons, apply stretch wrap, and stage completed pallets using manual pallet jacks
- Check packages for product seal integrity and damaged packaging prior to final shipment
- Maintain a clean work area and strictly adhere to facility policies and safety guidelines
