At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Machine Operator to work with a leading company in the welding and manufacturing sector in Warren. This position involves setting up and operating machinery, ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

Shift patterns:

• 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM


• 1st shift

Pay rates:

• 14.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Machine Operator:

• Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting


• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision


• Strong technical understanding and safety awareness


• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule


• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site


• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary

Role tasks for Machine Operator:

• Set up and operate manufacturing machines


• Monitor machine performance and conduct regular quality checks


• Perform basic troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency


• Maintain a clean and safe workspace


• Follow daily operational procedures and safety protocols
