Shift Patterns

• Front Half: Sunday - Wednesday, Days 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM at 24.00 USD hourly, Nights 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM at 25.00 USD hourly
• Back Half: Thursday - Saturday, Days 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM at 25.00 USD hourly, Nights 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM at 25.00 USD hourly

Pay Rates

• 24.00 - 25.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Lead

• 3-6 years of Warehouse lead experience
• Ability to lead start up meeting
• Experience leading a line of 10+ people

Skills Requirements for Warehouse Lead

• WMS system data entry

Role Responsibilities for Warehouse Lead

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow
• Facilitate team start-up meetings to align on daily goals
• Manage and support a production line of 10 or more team members
• Ensure accurate data entry and inventory tracking within the WMS system
• Maintain safety standards and operational efficiency across the warehouse floor
