Requirements
Essential requirements for On-Site Supervisor:
- Recent experience supervising a team of 20 or more employees, including details of when and where the experience was gained.
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including details of the type of warehouse.
- Experience being measured on team performance and ability to meet company standards.
Desirable requirements for On-Site Supervisor:
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Experience in Quality Control
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems
Role responsibilities for On-Site Supervisor
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise a large team of employees to ensure productivity.
