Machine Operator - Warren

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Machine Operator to work with a leading company in the welding and manufacturing sector in Warren. You will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe production environment.

Shift patterns:

• 1st shift: 6:30 am to 4:30 pm

Pay rates:

• 14.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Machine Operator:

• Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting


• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision


• Strong technical understanding and safety awareness


• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule


• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site


• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary

Role for Machine Operator:

• Set up and operate machines used in manufacturing


• Monitor machine performance and efficiency


• Perform regular quality checks on finished products


• Conduct basic troubleshooting to resolve minor technical issues


• Maintain a clean and safe workspace while following operational procedures
