At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Shunter Driver to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Sheffield. You will be working for the client in Sheffield.

Shift Patterns

• 4on4off from 06:00-18:00

Pay Rates

• 14.29 GBP hourly

Requirements

As a Shunter Driver you will need to have:

• Ability to operate plant machinery safely.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations on a busy site.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

As a Shunter Driver, it would be desirable to have:

• Previous shunting experience preferred – Class 1 licence not required

Role of a Shunter Driver

• Move trailers and vehicles around the depot and loading bays.
• Ensure efficient flow of traffic within the yard.
• Report any vehicle defects or operational issues.
