FACILITIES TECHNICIAN WEEKEND - Pierceton
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Facilities Technician (Weekend) to work with a leading manufacturing company in Pierceton. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment during weekend shifts and company-observed holidays.Shift Patterns
- Friday - Sunday 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM
- Includes company-observed holidays
- 19.00 USD hourly
- Do you have previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment?
- Are you available to work every weekend and company-observed holiday as required for this part-time position?
- Do you have hands-on experience with industrial or facility cleaning, including tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and general facility upkeep?
- Previous industrial or manufacturing facility cleaning experience.
- Experience performing minor facility repairs and using basic hand tools.
- Experience conducting routine facility or equipment inspections.
- Familiarity with workplace safety, quality, and 5S/housekeeping standards.
- Dependable and punctual with strong attendance.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the manufacturing facility.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and exterior grounds.
- Perform temperature inspections to verify furnace operations.
- Execute minor repairs and adjustments using hand tools.
- Monitor and restock facility supplies as needed.
- Consistent part-time weekend schedule.
