Pick/Pack - St Charles

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack professional to work with a leading logistics company in St Charles. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, picking, inspecting, and packing goods accurately to ensure customer orders are shipped quickly and correctly.
Shift patterns

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack

• Experience in a warehouse environment

Role for Pick/Pack

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems with speed and high accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise for damage, pack items securely in shipping containers, and apply accurate shipping labels.
• Monitor stock levels, report damaged or missing inventory, and assist with periodic inventory counts.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment according to carrier and customer specifications.
• Keep packing areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary packing materials.

Location: St Charles. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center.
