At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Forklift Operator to work with Branch El Paso in El Paso. You will be working for the client in El Paso.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift A - 4:30am to 1:30pm Monday thru Saturday; 1st Shift B- 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday
• 2nd Shift 1:00pm to 11:00pm Monday thru Friday

Pay Rates

• 14.00 USD hourly

Requirements

As a Forklift Operator you will need to have:

• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or similar environment.

As a Forklift Operator, it would be desirable to have:

• Safety First: Always adhere to safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Efficiency: Operate the forklift efficiently to move materials quickly and accurately.
• Maintenance: Perform regular checks and maintenance on the forklift to ensure it’s in good working condition.
• Organization: Keep the warehouse or facility organized by placing materials in the correct locations.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and solve problems.
• Reliability: Show up on time for shifts and be dependable in completing tasks.

Role of a Forklift Operator

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse.
• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure operational safety and report any issues.
• Organize and stack goods in designated areas to maintain an orderly and efficient workspace.
