Shift patterns
- 3rd shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10:45pm to 7 am
Pay rates
- 22.50 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Quality Control Inspector
- Previous experience in food quality control
- Reside within a 40-minute commute of Elwood
- Proficiency with technology, including tablets and data entry
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Strong English reading and writing skills with basic math proficiency
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in counting
- Comfort in discussing your experience with technology in a prior work setting
Desirable requirements for Quality Control Inspector
- 6 to 12 months of relevant manufacturing experience
- Prior experience using industrial scales
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible regarding overtime hours
Role for Quality Control Inspector
- Perform hourly quality checks using tablets to record and track data
- Inspect pallets to ensure products meet company quality standards
- Monitor product quality during start-ups and batch changes
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or product specifications
- Assist on the production line when quality control tasks are not required
