At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Warehouse and Assembly associate to work with a leading company in the office products manufacturing sector in Booneville. This role is essential to the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for distribution to customers.


Shift Patterns

• 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM


• 2nd shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM


• Mandatory overtime as needed, up to 2 hours daily. Final schedule will be assigned during onboarding.

Pay Rates

• 13.84 - 16.26 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for General Warehouse, Assembly

• Must be able to perform all physical demands of the position including bending, stooping, reaching, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently.


• Please note: If you have previously worked at this company, they do not hire returning employees.

Desirable requirements for General Warehouse, Assembly

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.


• Familiarity with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking.


• Experience in reading load sheets and meeting customer requirements.


• Ability to perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.


• Ability to operate personal computer equipment and radio frequency hand-held wands.

Role for General Warehouse, Assembly

• Handpick items from pallets and prepare cartons for shipping.


• Operate mechanical jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks to transport products.


• Load and unload trailers and count incoming inventory.


• Assemble products and label items accurately.


• Enter data into systems and maintain necessary paperwork.
