Requirements

Essential requirements for Warehouse Lead:

• Must have experience leading teams of 10 to 15 people in a warehouse setting. Detail when and where this experience was gained. Also, indicate if the candidate is able to multi-task.

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Lead:

• Recent Forklift Experience in a warehouse environment

Role responsibilities for Warehouse Lead

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor workflow and adjust assignments to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Ensure all safety protocols and warehouse procedures are strictly followed by the staff.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to improve performance and productivity.
