At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Packer to work with Amsino Healthcare in Vernon Hills. This role is essential for maintaining production quality and efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare manufacturing environment.Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday, 11 PM to 7 AM
- 17.00 USD hourly
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Capacity to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods, including four or more consecutive hours.
- Flexibility and willingness to work at different production stations as operational needs require.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging environment.
- Experience operating or assisting with production machinery and performing quality inspections.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures, workplace safety practices, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Package and prepare products for distribution according to established procedures.
- Monitor product flow through processing equipment.
- Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and report malfunctions, production downtime, or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
