• Monday to Friday, 11 PM to 7 AM

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Packer

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods, including four or more consecutive hours.
• High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow basic work instructions.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Desirable requirements for Packer

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging environment.
• Experience operating or assisting with production machinery and performing quality inspections.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures, workplace safety practices, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing production needs.

Role for Packer

• Inspect, package, and prepare finished products according to quality standards.
• Support production operations by working at various stations as needed.
• Monitor product flow through processing equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Report equipment malfunctions, production downtime, or quality concerns to supervisors.
