Seasonal Trainer - North East

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Seasonal Trainer to work with a leading apparel company in North East. This role is essential for supporting fulfillment center training, associate onboarding, and fostering a productive work environment.
Shift Patterns

• 1st shift: 6am - 4:30pm front half and back half
• 2nd Shift: 5pm - 1:30am Monday - Friday

Pay Rates

• 21.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain processes and job tasks clearly and effectively
• Ability to provide constructive coaching and feedback in a professional manner

Desirable Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
• Patience and the ability to work effectively with individuals who have different learning styles and experience levels

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, hands-on training to associates
• Observe performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback
• Document training progress and communicate performance updates to leadership
• Support employee engagement and maintain a positive, safe work environment
• Perform operational tasks and support other departments as needed
