At Clara, we are recruiting for a Seasonal Bilingual On-Site Supervisor to work with a leading logistics and staffing partner in Rialto. This role is essential for maintaining smooth warehouse operations, providing direct support to temporary staff, and ensuring that productivity goals are consistently met.


Shift patterns

• Monday to Friday, 2nd shift, with flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts during peak operational periods.

Pay rates

• 24.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Seasonal Bilingual On-Site Supervisor

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


• Maintain fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse staff.


• Demonstrate at least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory, lead, or similar operational role.


• Possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Utilize Google Workspace applications, including email, for efficient file management and communication.

• Ensure consistent punctuality and adherence to scheduled work hours.


• Maintain meticulous organizational skills to manage daily tasks and associate check-ins effectively.
