Picker / Packer - Southaven

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker / Packer to work with a leading apparel company in Southaven. This role is essential for ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Shift patterns

• Back Half Days: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Will work every other Wednesday

Pay rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Picker / Packer

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Desirable requirements for Picker / Packer

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site

Role for Picker / Packer

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
• Handle items carefully to avoid damage to products
• Work with team members to accurately complete daily production goals
• Consistently perform job functions while maintaining safety, punctuality, and deadlines
