At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Sit Down Forklift Operator to work with a leading company in the electrical components sector in El Paso. This role is essential for maintaining efficient material flow within a busy production environment, ensuring that all warehouse operations run smoothly and safely.


Shift Patterns

• Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm

Pay Rates

• 13.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Sit Down Forklift Operator

• Valid sit-down forklift certification and at least 1 year of recent experience.


• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.


• Capability to read work orders, complete basic counts, and lift up to 50 lbs.


• Reliable attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable requirements for Sit Down Forklift Operator

• Experience with RF scanners, WMS systems, and operating additional equipment such as clamp, reach, or pallet jack.


• Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes, dock operations, and inventory cycle counts.


• Strong understanding of warehouse flow, pallet configuration, and load optimization.


• Bilingual communication skills and previous experience in high-volume environments are a plus.


• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and high situational awareness.


• Reliable, team-oriented, and capable of solving basic freight or staging issues with a positive attitude.

Role for Sit Down Forklift Operator

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload materials.


• Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure operational safety.


• Maintain an organized and clean work area to support efficient warehouse flow.


• Accurately read work orders and perform inventory counts.


• Support shipping and receiving processes, including dock operations.


• Optimize pallet configuration and load placement for safe transport.
