Bilingual 2nd shift On-Site Supervisor - Groveport

At Clara, we are recruiting for a Bilingual 2nd shift On-Site Supervisor to work with Clara Works in Groveport. This role involves overseeing warehouse operations and managing temporary staff to ensure efficiency and safety.
Shift Patterns

• Second Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with weekend and overtime as needed during peak periods.

Pay Rates

• 23.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse or staffing environment.
• Demonstrate consistent reliability and punctuality in attendance and task completion.
• Maintain legal authorization to work in the United States.

Skills and Qualifications

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in Excel, to manage data, generate reports, and perform administrative tasks.
• Operate essential office equipment and communication tools, including phones, walkie-talkies, and basic technology platforms.
• Demonstrate proficiency in typing, email communication, and general office technology platforms for daily operations.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in both English, Spanish or French Creole to effectively interact with diverse staff and clients.
• Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with clients and temporary staff to foster collaboration and retention.
• Provide clear direction and hands-on leadership to temporary staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain a high level of urgency and a proactive customer service mindset to address operational needs and client expectations promptly.

Role Responsibilities
