- Mon-Thu 4:30 pm - 3 am
- 20.00 USD hourly
- More than 3 years of customer service or administrative experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to perform data entry and process billing or shipping documents
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse office environment
- Process shipping and receiving transactions accurately
- Prepare and process billing and invoicing with attention to detail
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to orders and shipments
- Maintain accurate records and serve as a liaison between warehouse operations and customers
