At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in Brownsburg. This role involves essential warehouse tasks such as scanning, receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for order replenishment.
Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 16.75 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Experience with picking, scanning, and accurately filling customer orders in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to ensure accuracy when selecting and scanning items to match order slips.
• Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
• Experience using hand scanners, dual screens, or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to stay organized and focused when handling multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities for Pick/Pack

• Move merchandise to designated areas for inspection and stocking.
• Accurately pick merchandise from existing stock to fill customer orders.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to make accurate inventory changes.
• Operate hand scanners and dual screens to enter data into the computer system.
• Assist with packing materials distribution and disposal of empty boxes.
