Quality Control Inspector - Irvine
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Quality Control Inspector to work with a leading medical device manufacturer in Irvine. This role involves performing quality inspection functions to written procedures, supporting both production and the development phase of various programs and projects.
Shift Patterns
- Monday - Friday 5:00am to 1:30pm
- Must be flexible to work overtime as required
Pay Rates
- 20.00 - 23.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Quality Control Inspector
- Are you comfortable commuting to Irvine?
- Do you have experience working in medical device assembly?
- Do you have experience working in quality control?
- Do you have experience working in a cleanroom environment?
Desirable Requirements for Quality Control Inspector
- Inspection techniques with understanding of technical documentation including mechanical drawings.
- Great attention to detail and concentration for ensuring quality product.
- Written and oral communications.
Role for Quality Control Inspector
- Document component, subassemblies, and finished goods inspections following Good Document Practices (GDP).
- Provide feedback to Quality, Operations and R&D functions on quality issues.
- Resolve inspection questions and refer complex issues to higher level inspector or QC Lead.
- Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Utilize electronic data collection systems for reporting.
- Conduct thorough visual and physical inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support quality assurance.
