At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Production Associate to work with a leading manufacturer of window and door units in Parkersburg. This role involves performing assembly steps to create high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Shift patterns

• 2nd Shift: 6:00pm to 3:00am

Pay rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.


• Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day.


• Experience or proven ability to operate hand and power tools safely.


• Ability to consistently perform repetitive daily manufacturing tasks.

Desirable requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate

• Experience reading basic blueprints, schematics, or technical production orders.


• Prior experience operating, adjusting, and monitoring manufacturing machinery.


• Experience using measuring tools to verify workpiece dimensions against quality standards.


• Previous experience performing quality control checks and inspecting products for damages.


• Experience being cross-trained or rotating across two or more different positions on an assembly line.

• Fabricate and assemble component parts for window and door units.
