- Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, hours 5:00 PM through 5:30 AM.
- Availability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to report early or stay late based on production demands.
- 20.16 USD hourly.
- Pay increases to 22.28 USD hourly after direct hire, which may occur after 90 days based on business needs and performance.
- Ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.
- Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds throughout a 12-hour shift.
- At least one year of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar industrial environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving equipment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to enter production information into a computer system.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
- Slide batteries from pallets onto conveyor systems and remove jumper cables.
- Operate machinery used to fill batteries with acid and install in-process and final caps.
- Perform process checks, quality inspections, and operate manual OCV meters.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement and team-based problem-solving activities.
