Machine Operator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Machine Operator to work with a leading manufacturing company in Mineral Wells. This role involves setting up and operating machinery, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.
Shift Patterns

• Weekend Shift: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
• 3 - 12 hour shifts

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to understand technical machine operations and follow safety guidelines.
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience performing basic machine setups, mechanical adjustments, or minor technical troubleshooting.
• Previous experience conducting routine quality control (QC) checks on manufactured parts.
• 3+ years of continuous experience operating machinery within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing machinery according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure optimal output and efficiency.
• Perform routine quality checks on manufactured parts to meet company standards.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and mechanical adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with operational procedures.
