Forklift Operator - La Porte

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with CRC in La Porte. You will be responsible for operating a sit-down electric forklift to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse, ensuring all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines are followed.
Shift Patterns

• Evening shift: Monday to Friday, 4:30 pm - 01:30 am

Pay Rates

• 15.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Forklift Operator

• Valid forklift operator certification
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or similar environment
• Experience with a sit-down electric forklift (Toyota, 5,000 lb capacity)
• Valid Driver License

Desirable Requirements for Forklift Operator

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Commitment to safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Role for Forklift Operator

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products around the facility
• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas
• Stack and organize products in designated areas
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues
• Keep track of inventory and update records as needed
