At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Mail Sorter/General Labor associate to work with ID Logistics in Fort Worth. This is a physically active, fast-paced warehouse role ideal for candidates who thrive in hands-on fulfillment environments and take pride in handling premium consumer goods, specifically Nespresso coffee products.Shift Patterns:
- Sun, Fri, Sat 7:30:00pm-6:00:00am | lunch 30
- 19.50 USD hourly
- Experience working in a warehouse environment and can stand on feet throughout the entire shift
- Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs continuously
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and performing repetitive hand motions for 10-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail to distinguish between various product lines and SKU barcodes
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass standard pre-employment screening
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in warehouse fulfillment, kitting, or general labor involving fast-moving consumer packaged goods
- Experience operating handheld RF inventory scanners
- Rapidly inspect, sort, and organize coffee capsule sleeves, machines, and accessories by SKU or shipping destination
- Use RF handheld scanners to record serial numbers and verify capsule sleeve quantities against outgoing shipping orders
- Assemble coffee bundles, place packs into outbound shipping boxes, and apply appropriate shipping labels
- Palletize cartons, apply stretch wrap, and stage completed pallets using manual pallet jacks for trailer loading
- Check packages for product seal integrity, damaged packaging, or mislabeled items prior to final shipment
