Shift Patterns

• Sunday - Wednesday 6am to 4:30pm

Pay Rates

• 23.00 - 25.00 USD hourly

Requirements

As a Bilingual Warehouse Lead Coordinator you will need to have:

• Experience supporting candidates or employees in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to ensure clear communication when guiding someone through onboarding or orientation.
• Adaptability to changing hiring needs.
• Experience using tools like Excel, ATS platforms, or databases while maintaining data accuracy.
• Proficiency in leading new hire orientations and explaining company culture, expectations, and job duties.

As a Bilingual Warehouse Lead Coordinator, it would be desirable to have:
